NutraCheckout, Inc. is committed to ensuring our merchants' satisfaction with the platform and services we provide. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for subscriptions to the NutraCheckout platform.
We believe in clear, fair, and transparent refund practices. This policy applies to all subscription plans, including Starter, Growth, and Enterprise tiers. For details on cancellation procedures, please also review our Cancellation Policy.
0230-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New customers are eligible for a full refund within thirty (30) days of their first billing charge. This guarantee is offered without conditions — no questions asked, no complications.
- Applicable only to the first month of a new subscription
- Refund is processed to the original payment method on file
- Processing time: 5 to 10 business days from approval
- Available for all subscription plans (Starter, Growth, and Enterprise)
03Subscription Refunds (After 30 Days)
After the initial 30-day money-back guarantee period, the following refund terms apply:
- Monthly subscriptions: No pro-rata refunds are issued for partially used billing periods after the 30-day guarantee period has elapsed
- Annual subscriptions (first 90 days): A pro-rata refund is available, calculated based on the number of full, unused months remaining in the subscription term
- Annual subscriptions (after 90 days): No refund is available for the remainder of the annual term
Exceptions to the above may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of our support team. We encourage you to reach out if you believe your circumstances warrant special consideration.
04Transaction Fees
Per-transaction processing fees (the percentage charged per transaction as part of your plan) are non-refundable. These fees are charged by third-party payment processors and cannot be reversed by NutraCheckout. This applies regardless of whether a subscription refund is issued.
05Service Credits
In the event of significant platform downtime that falls below our 99.99% uptime SLA, service credits may be issued to affected accounts:
- Service credits are applied to the next billing invoice
- Credits are not convertible to cash or monetary payment
- Credit amounts are calculated based on the duration of the service disruption and your subscription plan
06How to Request a Refund

When submitting a refund request, please include: your account email address, the reason for the refund, and the billing period in question. We will respond to all refund requests within two (2) business days.
07Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact our billing team directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Our team is committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly.
- Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and fully contested
- NutraCheckout cooperates fully with payment processor investigations
- Repeated or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination
08Changes to This Policy
NutraCheckout reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. We will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice of any material changes. The refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
