Acceptable Use Policy
Guidelines for the responsible use of the NutraCheckout platform.
01Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is designed to ensure that the NutraCheckout platform is used in a legal, ethical, and responsible manner. It serves to protect our merchants, their customers, and the integrity of the NutraCheckout platform and ecosystem.
This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. All users of the NutraCheckout platform are required to comply with this policy. Compliance with all applicable laws, including card network rules established by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, is mandatory.
02Prohibited Activities
You may NOT use the NutraCheckout platform to engage in or facilitate any of the following:
a) Illegal Activities
- Sale of products or services that are illegal in any applicable jurisdiction
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Fraud, phishing, or deceptive schemes of any kind
- Violation of export control laws or economic sanctions
b) Prohibited Products and Services
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Weapons, ammunition, and explosives
- Adult or pornographic content
- Gambling or games of chance (without appropriate licensing)
- Counterfeit or pirated goods
- Tobacco products, vapes, and e-cigarettes (without prior written authorization)
- Unregulated financial services
- Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing (MLM) programs
- "Get rich quick" schemes or deceptive money-making programs
- Goods originating from sanctioned jurisdictions
c) Deceptive Practices
- False or misleading product descriptions
- Deceptive pricing or hidden fees
- Fabricated testimonials or endorsements
- Bait-and-switch tactics
- Negative option billing without clear and conspicuous consumer consent
d) Technical Abuse
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the platform
- Transmission of malware, viruses, worms, or any other malicious code
- Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or similar infrastructure attacks
- Unauthorized scraping or data mining
- Deployment of abusive automated bots
e) Intellectual Property Violations
- Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of third parties
- Sale or distribution of content without proper licensing or authorization
03Chargeback and Fraud Requirements
All merchants using the NutraCheckout platform are required to:
- Maintain a chargeback rate below 1% of total transaction volume
- Implement reasonable fraud prevention measures
- Respond to payment disputes within the timeframes established by the applicable card network
- Cooperate fully with fraud investigations initiated by NutraCheckout or payment processors
- Refrain from processing transactions that are known or suspected to be fraudulent
04Content Standards
All content displayed on checkout pages and product descriptions created using the NutraCheckout platform must be:
- True, accurate, and not misleading in any material respect
- In compliance with all applicable consumer protection laws and regulations
- Free of offensive, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable material
- Properly licensed for commercial use (images, trademarks, copyrighted material)
05Enforcement
NutraCheckout actively monitors the use of its platform for compliance with this AUP. Violations may result in the following enforcement actions, at our sole discretion:
- Written warning with instructions for remediation
- Temporary suspension of account access and/or payment processing
- Permanent termination of account and all associated services
- Fund holds: funds may be held during the pendency of an investigation
NutraCheckout cooperates with law enforcement authorities when required by law or when necessary to protect the safety of our users or the public. Affected merchants will be notified of enforcement actions taken against their account, except where such notification is prohibited by law.
06Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any activity on the NutraCheckout platform that you believe violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it immediately:

All reports are investigated promptly and confidentially. Reporters may remain anonymous.
07Changes
This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in regulatory requirements, card network rules, or industry best practices. We will provide at least fifteen (15) days' advance notice of any material changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
