Cancellation Policy
Flexible cancellation terms — you're in control of your subscription.
01Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your NutraCheckout subscription at any time, for any reason, without penalties or cancellation fees. There are no mandatory long-term contracts. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have full access to the platform until that date.

02How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription through any of the following methods:
- Self-service (recommended): Dashboard > Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription

Upon processing your cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation email at the address associated with your account. Please retain this confirmation for your records.
03What Happens When You Cancel
After you submit your cancellation request:
- During the remaining billing period: You retain full access to all features and functionality of your plan
- After your billing period expires: Your account transitions to read-only mode for thirty (30) days. You can view your data but cannot process new transactions or access premium features
- After the 30-day read-only period: Your data is scheduled for permanent deletion from our active systems
04Data After Cancellation
We provide a 30-day grace period following the expiration of your billing period during which you may export your data:
- Data export is available in standard formats (CSV, JSON) through your dashboard
- Transaction records are retained for seven (7) years in compliance with fiscal and regulatory obligations, regardless of account status
- Personal data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR

05Reactivation
If you change your mind about cancelling:
- Within 30 days: You may reactivate your account with all data and settings intact. Simply log in and select a subscription plan
- After 30 days: A new account must be created. Previously stored data is no longer recoverable
Reactivation pricing will reflect the plans and rates in effect at the time of reactivation, which may differ from your original subscription terms.
06Free Trial Cancellation
If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time during the 14-day trial period. No payment method is required to start a trial, and no charges will be incurred if the trial is cancelled before expiration. If you choose not to continue after the trial period, no action is required — the trial will expire automatically and your account will be deactivated.
07Enterprise Contracts
Enterprise customers with custom contracts may be subject to specific cancellation terms as outlined in their individual service agreement. If you are an enterprise customer, please consult your contract or contact your dedicated account manager for details.
